"A well-regulated Militia, becing necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
The militia shall consist of all firearm-possessing citizens aged 18 to 65. Each militant shall carry at least one firearm either in their name or lent by a fellow militant. All other provisions, including vehicles, animals, munitions, and weapons, must be provided by the individual militant.
