Twelve score and one decade ago our ancestors united on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the truth that all men are created equal, with certain rights that cannot be taken away but by their divine creator.
Now we live, two hundred and fifty years separated from that fateful day. The 250-year-long history of the United States of America is a story of a people, founded not on ethnic but on political ties, struggling, often against each other, to faithfully live up to the ideas of their founders. Perhaps the people of this nation have never come so closely to accomplishing that end as they did 87 after their fathers pledged to each other their lives and honor to dissolve the political bands which held them to Great Britain, when the nation was so divided that it finally had to decide once and for all whether a nation built on the idea that all men have an equal right to liberty can long endure.
In the years since then, though our nation has continued to be the best in the world at respecting and securing the natural rights of its citizens, it has slowly shifted away from what it was founded to be. Our country is, in every aspect—politically, socially, and economically—in shambles. The entirety of Western civilization, of course, is falling alongside us. By a combination of people seeking to destroy us from the inside, of politicians who have continually undermined everything our founders believed in and fought to secure, and a loss in faith in our founding, our country has fallen further and further toward its collapse. Even our best politicians are powerless to reverse it.
As we pass through America’s semiquincentennial year, a few young patriots among us, who share a passion for history, political science, and statesmanship, have endeavored to map out an agenda to truly save and restore our nation and shape it into what our ancestors envisioned once and for all.
